• Email address: When you optionally sign in or join our waitlist
• PDF documents: When you upload Airbnb earnings reports (processed client-side, not stored)
• Manual inputs: Financial data you enter into the calculator (stored locally in your browser)

2. Automatically Collected Information

• Analytics: We use Plausible Analytics (privacy-friendly, no cookies) to understand how people use our site
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information (anonymized)

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve our calculator service
• To send you updates if you joined our waitlist (you can unsubscribe anytime)
• To understand usage patterns and improve the product
• To respond to your feedback or support requests

Data Storage & Security

Your PDFs are NOT stored on our servers. When you upload a PDF:

• It's processed in your browser or temporarily on our server
• We extract summary data (totals, monthly breakdowns) for calculations
• The original PDF is immediately discarded
• Only anonymized, aggregated statistics are kept for improving our parser

Your calculator inputs (ADR, occupancy, mortgage, etc.) are stored locally in your browser's session storage and cleared when you close the tab.

Cookies & Tracking

We use minimal cookies:

• Essential cookies: For authentication if you sign in
• No tracking cookies: Plausible Analytics is cookieless and respects Do Not Track
• Local storage: Used to save your calculator scenarios (stays on your device)

Third-Party Services

We use these trusted services:

• Supabase: For authentication and database (SOC 2 compliant)
• Plausible Analytics: Privacy-friendly analytics (GDPR compliant)
• Tally: For feedback forms and waitlist
• Vercel: For hosting our application

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Export your data
